City - Seaford

Nestled alongside the Nanticoke River in southern Delaware, Seaford is a charming small town rich with historic character. Seaford is also home to a bustling town centre, a lovely pebbled beach and of course, stunning views. With such incredible surroundings, the town has regularly been named one of the most beautiful places to live in all of the country. Seaford honors its storied past with an array of historic houses, churches, and other buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Seaford offers a broad range of apartments available for rent along tranquil, tree-lined streets. The community also boasts numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation at Williams Pond Park, Seaford Riverwalk, and nearby Heritage Shores Club. The Oyster House Park, an amazing public park located along the banks of the Nanticoke River will serve as a trail-head, which will allow the public to visit and explore the bio-diverse land, learn about the history of Seaford and the Nanticoke through collaboration with the Seaford Museum, and support the revitalization and economic development currently underway in Seaford.

Although Seaford is largely residential, the community enjoys various suburban conveniences like national retailers and chain restaurants strewn along U.S. 13, the town’s main commercial thoroughfare. According to March 2024 U.S. Census Bureau report, Seaford is the fastest growing micro area in U.S.
